What are the accepted means of payment?

We accept the following means of payment: Visa , MasterCard and bank transfer.

Is my payment secure?

All HélOui payment transactions by credit card are encrypted and secured by Mollie. Mollie is one of the main providers of payment services in Belgium as well as in Europe with more than 14,000 customers worlwilde. Mollie is linked to banks via certified interfaces and processes credit card payments via Bancontact.

HélOui ships to which countries?

We ship  worldwilde.

What shipping method is used and how long will it take for me to receive my order?

You will receive your order within 5 working days at the address of your choice. Deliveries occur on working days. For shipping outside of Belgium, you will receive your order within 5 to 20 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

The costs that must be paid in addition to the purchase price are the shipping fees.

For shipping in Belgium: 1,50 to 10,00 euro
For shipping to Europe: 2,00 to 14,00 euro
For shipping in the rest of the world: 3,00 to 20,00 euros

We do not use proof of sending or system of control of follow-up of the mail.
The sending by registered mail is proposed to the customers after the choice of the method of payment. These additional fees for the registered mail (6€) shall be born by the customer. Beyond 20 collections, the sending by registered mail is included in the price of sending.

I didn't receive an e-mail confirming my order. What should I do?

Once you completed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive this e-mail, please check your spam/junk folder. Still not there? Please contact us!

How long do I have to return the items that I do not like?

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 15 days following the day after you received your order to send it back - the postmark date shall be considered proof.

How do I return an item?

The product you wish to return must be in their original packaging and have never been worn. The return method is up to the customer and at his expense. Items must be returned to the following address:

Is it possible that there be a color difference between the photo on my screen and the item?

Every computer screen has its own settings. There can, therefore, be a slight difference in color. We work with a screen that has been professionally calibrated in order to provide you with photos that are as close as possible to the real thing.
