What are the shipping costs?

The costs that must be paid in addition to the purchase price are the shipping fees.

HélOui does not use proof of sending or system of control of follow-up of the mail, only the sweat-shirts are shipped with proof of sending.
The transfer of risks to the user occurs at the time when the ordered products are placed at the disposal of the delivery agent.

The sending by registered mail is proposed to the customers after the choice of the method of payment. These additional fees for the registered mail (6€) shall be born by the customer.
Beyond 20 collections, the sending by registered mail is included in the price of sending.

We ship worldwide to our customers.

What shipping method is used and how long will it take for me to receive my order?

HélOui will do its best to ship the order within 5 opening days at the delivery address, following the validation of the order and upon receipt of the payment. 
Each sweatshirt is printed individually and manually. This step can take up to 5 working days to complete your order depending on the number of orders received and the internal workload.

Your order will be ship at the address of your choice: at home, at your place of work, or at a friend’s address. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 8 am and 6 pm. If you are absent when the delivery agent presents your packet, he will leave a card giving you the possibility to the nearest post office to receive your package. 

For shipping inside of Belgium, you will receive your order within 2 to 5 opening days.
For shipping outside of Belgium, you will receive your order within 5 to 20 opening days.
